Q.-What safety and security measures do you have? 
A. We, at Relicare, are the only company who has a safety squad that is ready and mobile in a case of emergency. We make sure that the security measures are in place before we finalize any Hotel, in which the students would stay or even the local bus operators in whose buses the students would travel. We also provide travel insurance as per customer requirements. In the Hotels, girls and boys are made to sleep in separate rooms and if possible on separate floors. We make sure that all the Hotel doors are closed by 11 in the night and the watchmen are strictly informed to not allow any student or students to venture outside the premises. For Adventure Sports, we employ only the most trained and certified adventure sports professionals and ensure that the activities are 99.99% safe before they are performed by any student. Incase of any technical or logistical problem, we do not carry on with the activity, even if we end up as being the ‘Bad Person’ or ‘the spoil sport’, as the safety of the students is of utmost importance to us and comes second to none.

Q.-What is the minimum or maximum number of students required? 
A. Yes, confining the number of students helps in smoother operations, more scope for better organization and uniformity in the tours and better comfort at commuting, room allotment etc. As a company policy we normally don’t take batched below 25 students. But we make certain adjustments incase of special needs. In terms of maximum students we normally accommodate up to 150 Students at a time. In any case, the number does not affect the service we are delivering.

Q.-What types of hotels do you use? 
A. Safe and secure well known reputed hotels at prime locations that provide luxurious rooms and other services resulting in enhanced experience for the students. As a company policy and norms we don’t go below 3/4* hotels. We have a tie-up with various hotels in various places and we make sure that they provide quality service so that the students relish the experience.

Q.-What types of meals are provided during the train journey and even after that? 
A. The food that we provide is delicious, nutritious, hygienic and of different varieties depending on the specialty of the place. We don’t include the train food as the quality cannot be assured. Apart from that, all the meals which are breakfast, lunch and dinner are included as a part of the trip. All means are served vegetarian and only on request, Jain food is provided.

A. The motive behind including adventure sports as a part of the Industrial Visit is to ingrain the ethics or the principles of management in students by using enjoyment as a tool. We include all the small cost involved during the trip except the train food as the quality of the food cannot be checked. So except train food, the trip cost normally includes all the expenses. Total travel logistics like to and fro traveling by trains/buses/flights, internal traveling by bus (2x2 or 3x2 Luxury coaches), accommodation, visiting industries and a culture tour of the destination selected as well as performing adventure sports (if any).
